Pray for Project HOPE 🇵🇪
We had an amazing first week at Project HOPE. We have been blessed by an incredible team of church members who help us minister and love on all these high school students. Pray as we are working through Genesis and looking closer into sin and how it entered the world. Pray for all the 200 students and for our relationship to grow deeper with each one.
We had to close our ministry doors this week for two days. Active protests are happening all over the village and throughout Peru as fuel and food prices increase. This has put a huge burden on the people. When protests occur, all transportation ceases from road blocks and schools have to shut down. Pray for many who are continuing to suffer from the effects of this pandemic and for wisdom for the government leaders.
“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” 1 Timothy 2:1-4
