Our StorySean and Crissy Heath started their life journey together ready to follow the American dream. God had different plans for their lives. In 2010, God led Sean to Peru for an international missions trip. In 2014, they founded Rooted In Grace & Love based on their passion and hearts to be rooted and grounded in God’s Word and to share His love with others.

Today we celebrate the beautiful life of Lucinda! She is a woman who gives selflessly in every area of her life. She faithfully shares the love of Jesus with everyone she meets, cares deeply for her family, and serves others with a joyful heart that reflects Christ. As a leader in our mission work, she continually pours into the lives of others, encouraging, serving, and pointing people to the hope found in Jesus. Whether she's leading, loving, praying, or preparing one of her amazing meals, she does everything with grace, generosity, and excellence. Her joy is contagious, her faith is inspiring, and her servant's heart is a blessing to so many. Today we thank God for the gift of Lucinda and celebrate all the lives she has impacted through her love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to Christ.

What an incredible day at Forged In Freedom Case in Union Grove, NC @ the Union Grove General Store. We are so grateful to everyone who came out and supported this special event. Your generosity and encouragement were a tremendous blessing to the mission of Rooted In Grace & Love.
We were especially thankful for everyone who stopped by our booth to learn more about Project Hope and the work God is doing through the mission in Peru. It was a joy to share how lives are being impacted and to connect with so many wonderful people.

What a blessing to serve alongside Beulah Baptist mission team, the first summer team of 2026 for Rooted In Grace & Love. This team of 16 faithfully served and loved the people of Peru in so many ways. They helped provide hundreds of hot meals each day to high school and college students, shared their testimonies, taught God’s Word daily, and led English classes through the book of Genesis. The team also traveled to remote villages, sharing the love of Christ and ministering to women, youth, and children. So thankful for all the homes that were visited to help provide supplies and the Good News of Jesus Christ to many in need. Beyond the ministry opportunities, they poured into our Rooted mission team through fellowship, encouragement, and service—enjoying nights filled with soccer, haircuts for teammates, homemade pizza, late-night coffee, and countless conversations about God’s goodness seen throughout the day. We are grateful for every person and for your willingness to travel far, love deeply, and be the hands and feet of Jesus. Thank you also to many church members who donated supplies, packed, prayed, and helped this team prepare for this mission trip. We have seen God’s faithfulness every day, and we praise Him for all He has done through this incredible team.

Please join us in praying for the 2026 Beulah Mission Team as they travel to Peru. We are so grateful for each of the 16 team members who are traveling far from home to serve others and share the love of Jesus Christ. Their hearts to sacrifice their time, comfort, and energy for the sake of others are a tremendous blessing to our mission. As the team reunites in Lima and travels to Cusco today, please pray for safe travels, good health, and strength for the week ahead. Pray that God would work in and through each team member, opening doors to encourage, serve, and point others to Christ. Thank you for partnering with us in prayer!

We are so thankful for some of our college interns arriving to Peru today (after many long traveling hours) to serve this summer with Rooted In Grace & Love! What a blessing to see young people willing to give their time, energy, and hearts to share the love of Christ. Pray that God would use them in mighty ways, strengthen them daily, and continue growing their faith as they minister to others.
