Another wonderful week with our dear friends from Collide Church and the Jarvis family! We are so thankful they came to serve with us in Peru. Please pray for safe travels as they head home this weekend. Also, please pray for the Mountain Road Baptist team as they travel today. Lord willing, they’ll arrive in Curahuasi tomorrow morning.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM FRONT STREET BAPTIST TEAM 2026 ❤️
We were so blessed to have the team from Front Street Baptist serve alongside us here in Peru. Each day, we traveled to villages and communities to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with children, youth, and families. One special way this team served was by leading self-defense classes for the students in Project Hope. Along with practical skills, the students were reminded of God’s incredible love—that each one is uniquely created in His image and deeply valued by Him. We continue to pray for the safety and protection of every high school and college student who faces the realities of emotional and physical abuse. We thank God for this team traveling thousands of miles to equip and encourage these young people with tools to help protect themselves in difficult situations. We are also so grateful for the beautiful new Casa de Lucindas sign they designed and painted for our Safe House. Their willingness to use the gifts God has given them has been such a blessing to our ministry. Thank you for praying for this team and for the ministries of Rooted In Grace & Love. We praise God for His faithfulness and for each person who comes to serve Him in Peru!

HIGHLIGHTS FROM WESTERN AVE & THE OAKS CHURCH ❤️
We were incredibly blessed to welcome Western Avenue and The Oaks Church to Peru! Throughout the week, this team of 14 faithfully traveled to villages, sharing the hope and Good News of Jesus Christ with children, youth, and adults. It was such a blessing to watch so many team members boldly share what God had placed on their hearts. We experienced God’s presence in powerful ways, and it brought so much joy to our mission staff to see the volunteers building meaningful relationships with students at the high school and college. We praise God for every opportunity He gave us to serve together. The prayers we shared on mountaintops and in the valleys, the conversations, the laughter, and the moments of worship are memories we will treasure for years to come. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus—loving others, delivering much-needed supplies, and investing in the lives of so many people throughout the week. Please continue praying for Project Hope and the ministry of Rooted In Grace & Love as God continues His work here in Peru. We hope and pray that the Lord will bring you back to serve alongside us again soon! We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mallory Sherrill and Kinley Pennell for traveling from their mission in Lima to join us in ministering to so many in Curahuasi.
