Late last night we received the news from our team that with COVID cases increasing, areas (including Curahuasi) are now back on quarantine – complete lockdown. The government has increased the level to extreme and all transportation has halted. Only one family member can leave for one hour a day to try to buy food and supplies- and this is extremely difficult in higher mountain areas traveling by foot.

This is heartbreaking news for our team as they have been traveling miles and miles each week to reach these families in desperate need with food, supplies, and with the Good News and HOPE of Jesus Christ. We are asking that you join us in praying for the people in Peru and for the Lord to continue to give us wisdom on how to minister and reach the people in remote villages.

We praise God for the safe delivery of food that was delivered yesterday to the mission house for Project Hope.

“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21
