La Colpa: Many Delicious Products…Cheese and Manjar Blanco!
Manjar Blanco is a South American delicacy made with sweetened creamed milk and other ingredients to be used as a pastry filling. It is also similar to a jam or jelly that can be spread on warm bread! (Muy Rico!)

The kids loved how he called each cow by name and how they would all, one by one, come into their own stall to be milked. Each cow has a personalized feeding trough!
