For years, we have watched God faithfully work through Rooted In Grace & Love in Peru. What began as a vision to feed and disciple 180 undernourished teenagers has grown into a ministry serving more than 300 high school and college students each day. Through nourishing meals, the faithful teaching of God’s Word, and relationships rooted in the love of Jesus Christ, we have witnessed lives transformed and hearts drawn closer to the Lord.
A NEW VISION FOR THE FUTURE
As our ministry has grown, the space we currently rent is no longer enough. Many days, we simply do not have enough space to welcome, feed, and disciple all the students who come through our doors. Our desire is not only to provide a meal but also to invest deeply in these young people, helping them grow in their faith and become devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We have been praying for a place where students can gather in smaller groups for deeper discipleship, especially new believers, and where we can also minister to their families through Bible studies and community outreach. Recently, God opened the door for us to purchase a property that could help make this vision a reality! Although the property needs repairs and additional development, it provides an exciting opportunity. We envision a Community Outreach Center where students can grow in God’s Word, families can hear the Gospel, and we can gather, disciple, and feed hundreds of students each day while sharing the hope of Christ throughout the
community.
We invite you to prayerfully consider being part of this new vision, as the Lord leads. Whether through prayer, attending our Christmas Market, purchasing a Christmas tree or wreath, or making an additional donation, we deeply appreciate every expression of support. We are trusting the Lord to lead and guide each step of this journey, believing He will provide according to His perfect will and timing. The estimated cost to establish the new Community Outreach Center in Peru on our newly purchased property is $75,000. We recognize this is a significant goal and are stepping forward in faith, trusting God to open doors and provide the resources needed to make this vision a reality.
